Returns & Refunds
As a UK-based shop, we honour your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Right to cancel: you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by email.
- Returning goods: once you've told us you want to cancel, please return the item within 14 days. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of return postage.
- Faulty or damaged items: contact us with photos and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
