By ordering from Wagged & Well, you agree to the following terms.
- Prices: shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Order acceptance: we may cancel or refuse any order, for example due to stock issues with our suppliers, and will notify you promptly if this happens.
- Fulfilment: products are shipped via third-party supplier partners; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Product descriptions: we aim for accuracy but products are cosmetic/grooming items, not veterinary treatments — see individual product pages for care guidance.
- Liability: nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
